The story

The person behind the work.

The beginning

Born in 1991 during the Yugoslav war, Zeljko grew up in Germany, where his family started over.

Building

He began his career selling door-to-door and launched his first company at 21. That early taste of freedom set him on a path through sales, crypto, forex and education.

Energy

Alongside business, energy and state of mind have been his lifelong study, shaped by years of martial arts training, including at a Shaolin temple in China. For many years he has shared that knowledge in seminars and courses, and he still does today.

Today

Dubai has been home since 2018. As Co-Founder of XFusion he brings new leaders and business into a global community, leads charity work across more than 20 countries, and is writing his upcoming book, The Sweet Spot.

Giving back

Giving back, in person.

Zeljko was born in 1991, during the Yugoslav war, and grew up in Germany, where his family had to start over. He saw early how hard those years were for his mother, and he has never forgotten what it means to depend on the help of others. That’s why giving back matters to him. Together with Stanis and the XFusion community, he regularly takes part in charity initiatives for children and families in difficult situations, and he encourages others to do the same.

From Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand to Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, the XFusion teams have delivered food, drinking water, hygiene products and everyday essentials to foundations caring for orphaned children and families in need. Zeljko believes that what you give comes back to you, so the approach stays simple: work with local partners, buy what is actually needed, and hand it over face to face.

Every drive is organised with people who live in the community and know exactly what is missing.
